Yeah, it's really cute. Reminds me of Sailor Moon! The tie is actually part of the collar. Looks like they just took a red piece of latex and wrapped it around the two jutting pieces of the collar. Time saving and effecive. The sleeves kinda bother me, though. Not so great...
